[syslinux] mboot.c32, NUMA and tgz

Aha, this was a misunderstanding on my part. Replacing the pxelinux.0 core file resolved the hang. The updated version of syslinux also did not encounter the memory issue. Thanks for the help, Jeff, Peter and Gene.

As noted previously, if you're using PXE, then pxelinux.0 is the syslinux 
core.  Its version must match that of mboot.c32.
