[syslinux] Syslinux + USB + PE 2.0

Ya unfortunately we don't use bartpe, or else I would of had a wealth
of information
on the internet showing me how to setup my usb thumb drive, but alas,
I had tried
to setup my winpe2.0 installation the same as everyone else did their
bart's but it
would never work for me.
