[syslinux] Syslinux.exe 64 bits Windows

Wow. 64 bits... Is there a component lacking from VistaPE 64-bit that
is needed in order to run Win32 apps? Any WindowsPE is light-weight,
and might be missing some components. Don't have either Vista or 64-bit
Windoces over here, sorry. - Shao

Why the heck wouldn't it "recognize" a simple Win32 executable? It may
not permit some of the operations Syslinux needs to work, though.

I work for Intel. I don't speak on their behalf.
