[syslinux] Last call for Syslinux 3.81

I tested it on various VMware ESX VMs, Qemu and my Thinkpad. But didn't 
get hold of the physical machines during work. (it is hard to see the CPU 
usage on a physical machine on a remote location anyway, just wanted to 
see if it would lock up or something).

Can't test on physical hardware before monday, but looks fine for me on 
what I tested.
