[syslinux] Last call for Syslinux 3.81

Well, I lied, it seems; I wanted to get the isohybrid changes in there,
so I pushed out a 3.81-pre8.  This changes the default partition type to
0x17, "Windows Hidden IFS" which seemed to me to be the best variant.

There is currently a distinct possibility for a -pre9 depending on one
particular issue related to memory probing, but other than that I really
mean to get this out next week.
