[syslinux] [patch] isohybrid: fixes -offset and improves compatibility with parted

This patch takes care of parted recognizing an isohybrid modified image
as a "recursive partition" because it is offset at sector 0 and not at
sector 1. It appears -offset was not honored before, this patch should
fix that.

Credits for patch go to cmdr from the gparted-forum.

I did test and boot an iso generated by the patched isohybrid and it
does boot fine.
