[syslinux] jump from menu.c32 to HP Proliant BIOS

The closest way to accomplish this with pxelinux is to boot to a live
image cooked from the HP SmartStart Scripting Toolkit that calls the HP
proprietary conrep tool that load your BIOS settings from a conrep.xml file.
