[syslinux] HDT 0.3.4 cosmetic bug

Hi,

The last section of the Summary menu is empty under Qemu (no PXE), but
the last separator is highlightable, unlike the others.  Like:

+------- Summary -------+
| CPU Vendor    : Intel |
|.......whatever........|
+-----------------------+
| Nb PCI Devices: 6     +
+-----------------------+   <- this line can be highlighted
+-----------------------+
