[syslinux] fsc branch and Bochs

I tested the following configurations:

syslinux-3.83-pre9-1-g788da30 + etherboot 5.4.2 = ok
syslinux-3.83-pre9-1-g788da30 + gpxe 0.9.7+ = ok
syslinux-4.00-pre5-3-g25fb8eb + etherboot 5.4.2 = error
syslinux-4.00-pre5-3-g25fb8eb + gpxe 0.9.7+ = error
