[syslinux] MEMDISK-ISO: found another non-working ISO

Good evening, John!

It is my understanding that Syslinux is in "feature freeze" right now.
I think it would be great if the next release of Syslinux is the major
overhaul including the benefits of the GSoC students' work (and
supporters, testers, etc.). So it's kind of a delicate time, perhaps.
I think that El Torito emulation in MEMDISK will eventually be a merged
feature, but other parts of Syslinux have the attention at this time.

It should be safe (I'm certain you already know this) to rename the
MEMDISK-ISO "kernel" to anything you like and include it in PXEKnife.
Only thing is: There're the outstanding bugs noted in your e-mail. If
you're comfortable with a still-emerging version, then it's all right.
I would expect that at some point, there'll only be one MEMDISK... To
rule them all.
