[syslinux] New MEMDISK-ISO, git clone

Good day Geert,

A recent e-mail described the fact that Syslinux 3.83 is in "feature
freeze" mode until it is released.  Thus, the El Torito emulation
feature for MEMDISK will not be merged until after that time.  Also, I'm
pretty sure H. Peter is working hard at and anxious for a stable release
of Syslinux 4, so this feature is not a priority just now.  Considering
that ELF modules, threads, a lightweight IP stack, FS drivers written in
C are all facts and features of Syslinux 4, a minor feature like this
MEMDISK one can wait. :)

About that strange request concerning merging the feature: H. Peter and
I discussed it on IRC and I had misunderstood part of the git process
for merging.
