Hello again Helmut,

Here is a sample pxelinux.cfg/default configuration file for use with
PXELINUX:

LABEL isotest
  KERNEL memdisk
  APPEND iso
  INITRD test.iso

I don't have a pointer to an .ISO image handy, just at the moment.  Try
one and see what happens!  TFTP downloads can take a while, so try a
small one.  The key is if the Linux in the .ISO simply uses the initrd,
or if it requires an actual ODD (optical disc drive).  One cannot fool
Linux into thinking there's an actual ODD (yet).
