[syslinux] sub-menu's

I guess that would actually look like
Menu Start Dell
  Menu Start Model
    Menu Start Revision
      kick off win98.ima
    Menu End
  Menu End
Menu End

And I forgot to hash out the IBM remote support part.... NO, this is
not an ibm product :)
