[syslinux] Vesamenu - Menu position

Hi Gene,

thanks for your pointer...I saw this option in the /doc/menu.txt but the
meaning was unclear for me.
Now actually it makes sense (I guess it's Vertical Shift?).

'MENU VSHIFT #' will shift down by # text rows

doc/menu.txt should cover it.  That's the plain text document covering
menu.c32 and vesamenu.c32.
