6 sets (versions reference my versioning;
http://syslinux.zytor.com/wiki/index.php/DRMK#VERSIONS).
cw1384a0.exe/cl1384a0.bin (v4.0) contain the most current and probably
best version.  cdd_1295.iso (v2.0) contains a hard drive image that
has been the most problematic to test for partition starts other than
what it came with.  cw1337a0.exe/cl1337a0.bin (v3.1) seems pretty
reasonable so far.

All I do is add some extra space at the end to put the hidden_sectors
count such that dellbio.bin can read it later (from ds:[bp+28] hence
the crazy math).
