[syslinux] PXE linux starts slowly

I've just compiled 4.04-pre3 - no change. Sorry.

PXE boot creeps only on the T40 with e1000 NIC and an extended menu  
structure. With all other combinations: it runs.

No difference between pxelinux.0 and gpxelinux.0
