[syslinux] PXELINUX 3.86 Boots Over HTTP, 4.00 Does Not

Updating 3.86 and 4.00pre53 with latest git (gPXE 1.0.1 & patched with existing gpxe.diff) both boot with all 0's for the IP addresses.

That would be a bug.  What particular build of gPXE 1.0.0 are you using?
