[syslinux] ISOs + memdisk take long time‏

I just noticed that pmagic and hiren bootcd are not working the main menu grub / grub4dos apier you can hit a option but then the menu is not working.
Is thre a way to boot a iso without extracting the iso? I would like to get a working orginal grub / grub4dos menu.
