I find the change interesting in several ways.  It's less output for a
more normal end-user to see and question.  Watching it fetch the
different files can still be done by watching the TFTP server.

I can't recall if there's a way to pass a command-line but it might be
possible to have two versions of pxelinux.0, the primary that uses CR
and an alternate that uses NL for more debugging purposes.
