[syslinux] ISO cd image supported

It's independent to itself, it's like PE but more of a recovery/tools
state, PE can
be used in that function but it's mainly for deployment and the like.
We have a custom
interface we've put into PE to utilize lots of tools, but going
forward we are looking
at highly customizing an ERD cd for our purposes. the only reason i
really wanted
to try throwing it on a thumbdrive was mostly just for convenience, no
biggie though.

We have our own dos based DoD disk wiping utility in iso format i would LOVE to
throw on my thumbdrive, I'm gonna try that next
