Thanks for sorting out the confusion around this while I was away.  Do
you have any thoughts on
http://syslinux.zytor.com/archives/2010-July/014870.html?  It's not
clear that I'm going to have time for the refactoring that HPA suggested
in the only follow-up to that patch; it wasn't clear to me whether that
was going to be a blocker.

I do think this is an improvement and it's just adding support for
syntax already documented in doc/menu.txt ...
