[syslinux] git-pull requests: ver.com, sample .lss

Two pull requests:

1) drmk-ver-for-hpa contains modules/ver.asm for a ver.com that, to my
knowledge, will print most available information about the environment
version.  This is written to function as both a COMBOOT and DOS COM
file.  I also included a fix for core/writedec.inc (which tries to
redefine writechr).

2) sample-make-for-hpa fixes sample/Makefile to re-add the include
such that the .ppm.gz to .lss conversion will work ( $(GZIPPROG) not
defined).
