[syslinux] How do I enable dmidecode and sysdump

dmidecode is a Linux command, it needs to be run as root.

sysdump (sysdump.c32) is a command that can be run from the Syslinux 
command line; it uploads its data to a TFTP server or via Ymodem over 
serial port.
