[syslinux] isolinux: Generate GPT and Mac bootable images

Ok, so this version is identical but includes the magic string at the 
front of the mbr. It'll be overwritten if -m is passed but should 
otherwise be functionally identical to the current isohybrid code. Any 
thoughts?
