What about:

You can subscribe to the list at
http://www.zytor.com/mailman/listinfo/syslinux or by sending an empty
message to syslinux-request at zytor.com with the subject line
"subscribe".

Personally, I've used the website to subscribe or alter subscriptions
but I can see an advantage for listing both.
