Eek.. I hadn't realised that. gnu-efi trunk does contain that file, but
as you noticed, it's not part of the 3.0l release.

It's up to Nigel (Cc'd) whether he thinks it's worth making a new
release just to include that header file (though I think it would be
worth it if distros could be convinced to upgrade to the latest
version). Nigel?
