[syslinux] testing 4.05-pre1

Hallo, all,

as told yesterday:
compiling works (with a slightly adapted "slackbuild.org" script, for  
slackware)

Using pxelinux.0 or gpxelinux.0 on my PXE server: no problems seen.

Using isolinux (and isohybrid) for a live CD: works with (apparently) no  
problems on my antique and medieval computers:
- Compaq 686T3, 12 years old
- Thinkpad T2x
- Thinkpad T4x
