[syslinux] not boot with partitions made by fdisk ubuntu 10.04 script on USB key

Hi,

My script commands:
"fdisk /dv/sdb < fdisk.cmd"
Fdisk.cmd contains all partitions data information:
	1- msdos empty partition table
	2- primary MSDOS partition + set 0x0c + activation
	3- extended partition
 	4- 2 primary partitions
5- 6 disks in extended partition

"mkfs.vfat /dev/sdb1 -F 32"
"Syslinux /dev/sdb1"
"mkfs.ext3 ... " for all other partitions

Like this, the system doesn't boot.

If I manually make another disk in the extended partition (with ubuntu
10.04 disk utility), the boot is OK!

Maybe it is not a specific Syslinux problem ... but syslinux may give me
the reason ... :)

Thanks
Daniel.
