[syslinux] Completely disable local keyboard input in Syslinux / Extlinux?

No, there are keys that you can't see on the conventional function,
including F11 and F12.

What isn't clear to me is if using AH=09h is going to break more
machines than it solves... in fact, that would almost be my guess.
