[syslinux] Website has some 20M tar.sign files??

Both syslinux-4.04-pre10.tar.sign and syslinux-4.04-pre11.tar.sign
appear that way but through http://www.kernel.org returns a 403 and
over FTP gives similar results.

Which file?  README perhaps?  I know other files have different notices.
