Yes 4.04-pre13 and pre14 prebuild binaries are know broken related to a compiler
upgrade.
Try with 4.04-pre12 prebuild binaries or recompile pre14 with 'make spotless &&
make' if you support the prerequisites
nasm>=2.07,
binutils (2.21 work, 2.20 probably too)
