[syslinux] Syslinux 4.04-pre14: anything missing please holler

There appears to be something wrong sometimes with
gpxe/gpxelinux{,k}.0 when I compiled it myself.  The two should be
almost equal in size as they are in the -pre14 build.  In one build,
gpxe/gpxelinux.0 did not include the script nor pxelinux.0.  However,
when I make blib.a and gpxelinux individually, it works.  It could,
however, be a bug in my make as it's not consistent.  From a "make
spotless;make", at least gpxe/gpxelinux.0 is too small but "make
spotless;make;rm gpxe/gpxelinux*.0;make" seems to work consistently.

Perhaps src/bin/undionly.kpxe should depend on gpxelinux.0 in order to
prevent the clash.
