[syslinux] Documentation bug regarding serial console support

Hello,

I just wanted to point out that the syslinux man page section on the
serial configuration file option does not mention the flow control
parameter.

The correct documentation is already written in doc/syslinux.txt but it
should be copied into the man page as well.
