[syslinux] What are the difference between 4.05 pre and 4.10 pre?

4.10 is new development -- an entire new model for network handling.
4.05 is a maintenance track.
5.00 is core restructuring.
All of them are currently active, but if, say, 4.10 reaches product
quality quickly there may not be a 4.05 release.
