[syslinux] pxelinux 4.04 - keyboard not working?

Built it myself. gcc 4.2.1, binutils 2.17.50, nasm 2.08rc7

Apart from nasm, I think they're pretty standard.  Distro is openSUSE
10.3.  I think I'll try building on something more recent, but it's
interesting that 3.86 builds just fine, isn't it?
