Its a trimmed down Debian based OS to provide KVM based virtualization.
I am talking about their Virtualization Environment;

Inside the vm guest, I use the Intel LAN card; e1000 (I think).

:) ... no no ... The 755 is my CentOS 6.2 x86_64 based DHCP/TFTP server. This is the main machine.

The Optiplex 960 is the ProxMox VE "inside" which I create VMs.
So the VMs are created on the 'Optiplex 960'.

As you can see, the booting problem is seen when I PXE boot the physical machine 'Optiplex 960' /and/ the VMs inside (within) the Optiplex 960.

On Monday, I shall try to get a photograph of the screen when the "physical machine Optiplex 960' is PXE booting and the screenshots when the VMs are booting.

Regards,
Shantanu
