[syslinux] ISOLINUX 5.00 CONFIG INCLUDE PATH directives problem

The problem persists in 5.00. I have used other alternatives for PATH 
in all cfg files, with no success. Testing the same structure with 
ISOLINUX 4.06 works correctly.

If there is no bug, then please advice about how to use the PATH 
directive for this case.
