[syslinux] [PATCH][git-pull] AsciiDoc-based documentation

Thanks.  For now, it's just a stepping stone along the path.  It only
covers the core, its config and its CLI environment.  There are a few
minor stylistic details to work out along with removing the 1
intentionally duplicated section (used for style demonstration).
