mkisofs -l -allow-leading-dots -V "G4L 0.44$alphaver" -J -R -o
boot.iso -b isolinux.bin -c boot.cat -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4
-boot-info-table bootcd/isolinux/.

The isolinux directory is where the isolinux and syslinux and all
the .c32 files are located after the cd is built, and cd files can by
copied to a flash and use the same version of syslinux to make it
bootible.
