master.  I had intended on getting this out before 4.05 but apparently
forgot to both publish and request.

lwip.  I had placed these here originally and you already merged in
the beginnings.

(probably irrelevant) At the moment, it's floating over 4.04 and
includes my quick import of your DHCP functions but rebasing will be
easy.
