Also, -r and -R are 2 flavors of the same option. It shouldn't affect
ISOLINUX but -R negates your use of -r.

How are you testing this ISO? Via CD or HDD-like media? I was using
the ISO as a CD without the ISOHYBRID step in a VM on a VMware hosted
platform.
