Virtualbox on a Netbook (that does not have virtualization cpu support) is a
mess, but for testing pxelinux.0 it is ok. ;)

pxelinux.0 identifies itself as 4.10 pre17-7-gb36675d and still hangs at
pxelinux.cfg/<mac>.
