Made the changes in \mybootcd\isolinux\isolinux.cfg as follows, as you
stated.
 
label localboot
  menu default
  menu label ^1. Boot WinXP/Win98/Win2000
  com32 chain.c32
  append hd1,1 swap
 
label hdt
  menu label ^2. Hardware Detection Tool
  com32 hdt.c32
 
>CREATED File "mybootcd.iso"
 
On Restart found as follows:
 
(1)"hdt" FAILED to operate >Returns back to Main menu.
 
(2)Now Boot loader is displayed as follows:
 
Microsoft Windows XP
Microsoft Windows 98SE
 
Option Microsoft Windows XP OPERATES OK
 
However sorry to say, option  Microsoft Windows 98SE FAILS to operate >
-        (blinking, & keeps on blinking).
