[syslinux] Syslinux 4.06 and 5.00-pre9 Binary Sizes

In Win32, the total size of 4.06 (extracted from the package) is 
close to 20MB (close to twenty megabytes). For 5.00pre9 it would be 
close to 23MB.

That's why I am NOT requesting to compress anything. I was just 
asking if someone would know if there was any detail / matter / issue 
that should need to be considered if I would want (or need) to 
compress some installer (probably with UPX) and use the resulting 
executable. If I understood correctly, there is no known problem for 
me to do it, in case I want to.

Other than that, I leave the potential considerations about 
compressing (or not) any particular file to the development team.
