Such a display-per-page functionality could be quite usefull in 
displaying the license terms that a product is released under.

Space(-bar) or Enter key could also be nice, as well as a timeout per 
displayed page (on timeout, display next page. It's debatable if timeout 
on last page should return to prompt, or if prompt visible on 
non-screen-filling last page).
