Hi Gene,

I suspect this is related to the lwip update... any chance you might be
able to look at it?

I'm thinking at this point that the sanest way to productize lwip is to
merge it into the elflink branch but as a separate "lpxelinux.0" outputs
so that people can fall back to the old code if they prefer or need to.
