Looks like this option hasn't ever worked for the win installer. Shao
added the logic that prints the above error message in,

commit 07aafae7c67b32e432c26ff83279ec83e61592e4
Author: Shao Miller <shao.miller at yrdsb.edu.on.ca>

    win32: Use libinstaller option parser

We will produce an error message if a user attempts
to use an option we don't implement.

    Signed-off-by: Shao Miller <shao.miller at yrdsb.edu.on.ca>

which made it into Syslinux-4.02.

Folks, should the wiki be updated?
