[syslinux] Test for GPT MBR code

Attached file I use to test GPT code.

I used qemu 1.2 with seabios with LSI enabled and a patch

patch is not 100% ok but allow to test GPT code (this patch return 4096 byte sectors even for normal int13 interrupt while should return only 512 byte sectors).
