You are trying to use the DOS installer from the Windows Command-Line 
Interface (CLI) called CMD.EXE.  While CMD.EXE looks a lot like DOS, it 
is not DOS.  You must use the Windows installer if you are using 
Windows.  If you are using 32-bit Windows, you can find it in the 
C:\Unzipped\syslinux-5.00\win32\ directory.  If you are using 64-bit 
Windows, you can find it in the C:\Unzipped\syslinux-5.00\win64\ directory.
