Well, the "needful", among others, would be to have a file named 
"SYSLINUX.CF1" and another file named "SYSLINUX.CFG", both under the 
"O:\syslinux\" directory.

I want you to have the expected file, "O:\syslinux\SYSLINUX.CFG" 
(with lower case or with upper case, doesn't matter in this context) 
with an additional copy, "O:\syslinux\SYSLINUX.CF1".

I am not going to provide, yet again, the same instructions about it. 
If you can get that done, then please provide the result of the 
following commands (executed under XP):
DIR O:\*.CFG /A /S /O /X
DIR O:\syslinux\*.* /A /O /X
